Britten Street, SW3.

This project in Chelsea, comprises of the construction of a two-storey rear extension and internal refurbishment. The house has been modernised and the basement accommodation expanded to create a more liveable home which benefits from a new open plan media room, kitchen and dining space. The fully glazed extension and walk-on skylights at ground floor level flood the basement accommodation below with natural-light allowing the textures of the stone, wood, and tadelakt surfaces come to the fore.

Our services on this project included a full Architectural service (planning through to client handover), Contract Administration, and administration of the Party Wall etc. Act 1996.
