Chiltern Street, W1U

This project involved the renovation of a luxurious two-bedroom lateral apartment located on the third floor of Portman Mansions. The apartment features a spacious reception and dining area with a bespoke kitchen, oak herringbone flooring, and high-end fixtures throughout, including acoustic double-glazed windows and smart home technology.

We advised on and administered the Party Wall etc. Act 1996 and supported the License to Alter process.
