The mixed use development benefits from: One one-bedroom, three two-bedroom residential units to upper floors and one ground floor commercial unit. The development comprises of new rear extensions at first, second and third floor levels and new rear/side dormer extension at second and third floor.
Our services on this project included administration of the Party Wall etc. Act 1996 acting for the building owner.
